1. Privacy by Design and Data Minimization
Our platform operates strictly on a Privacy-by-Design architecture.
All lot areas, building footprints, floor areas, and calculation parameters are processed exclusively in your browser’s local memory (client-side execution).
No project numbers, land dimensions, or addresses entered into calculation forms are ever sent to, recorded by, or stored on our servers.
2. No Accounts or Personal Identity Collection
All tools and guides are accessible without registration, user accounts, logins, or submission of personal identifying information (e.g. name, CPF, tax ID, phone number, or payment details).
3. Technical Analytics & Cookieless Measurement
We utilize Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregated, anonymized traffic (such as pages visited, general country of origin, and browser type).
Cloudflare Web Analytics operates without cookies, does not build behavioral tracking profiles, and does not retain IP addresses linkable to individual identities.
We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
4. Rights of Data Subjects (Art. 18 LGPD)
Under Art. 18 of Brazil’s LGPD, data subjects hold rights of confirmation, access, correction, and deletion. Because our systems do not collect or store personal data, no personal user database exists on our servers. Inquiries may be directed to our Data Protection Officer.
5. Information Security and Transport Encryption
All network communications between your browser and our website are encrypted using standard TLS 1.3 (HTTPS), preventing interception or unauthorized tampering in transit.
